Welcome to the Standing Pines Resort Construction Update Series! Join us as we embark on an exciting journey to create a one-of-a-kind upscale camping resort near Hartsville, SC. Each week, we’ll share the progress we’ve made and give you a behind-the-scenes look at the development of our stunning 80+ acre property.

In this week’s episode of Building Memories, we’re excited to dive into the variety of campsite types that will be available at Standing Pines Resort. Whether you prefer the comfort of an RV, the rustic charm of tent camping, or the luxury of a rental unit, we have something for everyone.
Standing Pines Resort Campsite Types
RV Campsite Options Standing Pines Resort will feature 83 RV campsites in Phase 1, each equipped with full hookups, angled sites, gravel pads, picnic tables, fire pits with grill options, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Choose from four types of RV campsites:
- 12 Premium RV Sites: Enjoy dedicated internet, Wi-Fi, water views, and a grill station.
- 34 Pull-Through RV Sites: Easily park your RV with a minimum site size of 40 ft x 80 ft.
- 29 Back-In RV Sites: Most sites feature planned green spaces for added privacy.
- 8 Quad RV Sites: Perfect for groups, these sites offer pull-through pads at 20 ft x 75 ft, a private grass courtyard, and upgraded shared amenities.
Tent Camping Options
For those who prefer a more traditional camping experience, we offer 13 tent campsites and 1 group primitive campsite in Phase 1. Our tent campsites are planned to include power, water, a 25 ft x 25 ft pad, and one parking spot per site. Pop-up camping is allowed on these sites. The group primitive campsite is designed for natural camping, with designated fire pits, bench seating, and a ~5 minute walk to facilities.
Rental Units
In addition to RV and tent sites, Standing Pines Resort will offer rental units for those seeking a turnkey camping experience. Our two-bedroom rental RV sleeps up to 6 guests and features a full bath, full kitchen, a premium location, and dedicated internet. We also have 11 cabin/glamping sites that are designed to be interchangeable, offering flexibility based on guest preferences and cost considerations.

With camping sites ranging from group primitive tent camping for Scout troops to a two-bedroom RV with a premium view, there are many choices for guests considering a stay at Standing Pines Resort. Starting March 15, 2024, reservations for RV and tent sites may be made on www.CampStandingPines.com. Please note that quad sites may only be reserved by phone at this time. Cabin and glamping campsites will be released for reservations once final decisions are made for the number and location of these campsites.
