🌲 Outdoor Celebration Package
$75 for up to 2 hours
Our simplest celebration for families who love fresh air and outdoor play! The Outdoor Celebration Package includes:
🏕️ Three picnic pavilions with covered seating for 24
🎤 Outdoor entertainment space (add karaoke, projector, or more!)
🌲 Play Forest playground + 9-hole mini golf
⚽ Lawn games and open play space
🚿 Restrooms, water fountains and community gas grill
Make celebrations easy! You bring the cake and decorations. We provide space, shade, and entertainment. Kids play, adults relax.
Best for: Casual celebrations, spring/fall weather, outdoor-loving families
This package accommodates up to 24 guests/visitors total. Additional visitors welcome at $5 per person.
🏕️ Welcome Center Package
$200 for up to 2 hours
Everything in the Outdoor Package, plus climate-controlled indoor space for year-round celebrations. This package includes:

Rain or shine, you’re covered. Kids rotate between playground, lawn games, and indoor activities. Adults stay comfortable while connected to the action.
Best for: Year-round celebrations, weather backup, even more space
This package accommodates up to 24 guests. Additional visitors welcome at $5 per person.
🌊 Waterslide Package (Seasonal)
$400 for up to 2 hours
This is the celebration the family will remember years later. Waterslide package guests enjoy the Outdoor Celebration and Welcome Center Packages plus:
💦 18 foot tall, dual slide commercial inflatable waterslide (exclusive use)
🌊 Full Standing Pines experience – indoor comfort, outdoor play and water fun.
Kids rotate between waterslides, playground, mini golf, and Welcome Center activities. It’s the complete experience in one celebration!
Best for: Summer birthdays, end-of-school parties, active kids who love water
Available: May through September (weather dependent)
For safety, this package accommodates up to 24 guests maximum. Additional visitors are not available for this package.
Custom Packages
Starting at $400 for up to 2 hours
Bring your unique celebration vision to life. Custom packages include everything from the Welcome Center Package PLUS your special touches.

Helpful Details
Planning your celebration:
📅 Camping reservation required (minimum 2 nights)
🎉 Celebration must occur during your camping stay
⏰ Book at least 14 days in advance for best availability
What to expect:

🧹 Standard cleaning fee applies if excessive cleanup needed
💰 Damage charges billed at cost of repair or replacement
Working with Vendors
Love the idea of live music, pony rides, or a food truck at your celebration? We welcome creative vendors who help make your event special.
Vendor requirements:
📋 Current liability insurance covering their activities
🏕️ Standing Pines named as additional insured
📅 Certificate of insurance submitted 7 days before your event
No insurance? No problem.
Most vendors can purchase one-day event insurance online in about 15 minutes for $150-$200. This protects everyone and makes unique celebrations possible.
