Standing Pines is a small family business. Craig’s father, Sgt. Craig L Walton, USMC, was killed in action in Vietnam in 1968 when Craig was an infant. We offer a standing 10% discount to military families in his honor.

Logistics & Planning
Standing Pines offers full hook up RV sites, cabins and tent camping. We’re about 30 minutes from the I‑95 / I‑20 interchange near Florence, SC.
We’re about 15 minutes from Hartsville’s Neptune Island Water Park & 20 minutes from Darlington Raceway. Visit local favorites like McLeod Farms. Nature lovers enjoy Carolina Sandhills National Wildlife Refuge, about 20 minutes away, and the SC Sandhills State Forest 15 minutes from us.
We are about an hour’s drive from Fort Jackson and Shaw AFB, about two hours from Fort Bragg and Joint Base Charleston, and about two and a half hours from Fort Gordon.
