2025 Highlights | First Year
“This place was absolutely phenomenal! Our 3 boys ages 13, 11, and 7 loved it here! There was so much for them to do!” – Darren
We started 2025 with our first public event: a NYE party with the Carolina Camping Club (CCC) and bookended the year welcoming 2026 with Standing Pines guests. What a wonderful year of discovery and adventure, as real families discovered real memories together.
“The amenities, the cleanliness, the hospitality, the activities for kids—literally everything was top notch. Our kids had a blast at the splash pad, gem mining, playground, basketball court, and mini golf!” – Caroline
From monthly live music to sunset gatherings, from morning gem mining to evening campfires, we watched families slow down enough to actually be together.
“This is the most kid friendly campground we’ve been to. Our kids loved it and so did we! The owners, Amy and Craig are amazing and so helpful!” – Kristen
Some said we were crazy building a campground in rural South Carolina, 2 hours from the crowds of Myrtle Beach.
Maybe they were right. Or maybe the 200+ families from 26 states and provinces who experienced wildly comfortable camping in the country know better.
“We had such a wonderful experience and will be returning multiple times a year!” – April
“Can’t wait to go back!” – Donna
